Hi my friend is really upset her children are always playing online on PS3. The only time they don’t play is when they are in school. When she takes it off from the internet router the child would get angry and my friend is really regretting it she feels she is to late to control them they are age 12 to 14years .
Is anyone going through the same with their children?
Re: Do your children play games online constantly?
I think the whole discipline routine should start when they are really young. if you don't teach your children discipline from an early age then at 12 it is too late. I also have 2 sons and they are only allowed to go on playstation for 1 hour every day after school, thats it. Boys tend to be restless so encouraging them to to do other activities or joining some clubs also helps.

just take it away. They'll get upset and then they will get over it.
One of my cousins does not allow any computer, online and video games during the week for her 12, 15 and 17 year old boys. They are only allowed on the weekends.
They have homework, quran classes, karate and chores. That takes up most of their school days.
