Re: Do you wash your hair everyday?
It is better to stop washing your hair everyday…shampoo’s have lots of chemicals in it that can trigger hair loss if not now, then at a young age…try skipping your hair washes to 2-3 days and then wash it again…
I stopped doing it, and yes the first, second week it’s gonna be super oily because your scalp is used to being washed every day…you just have to get through it…after that, you’re gonna start noticing your hair not being so oily the next day (of course it won’t be the same as when you wash your hair)…it will be okay to put your hair in a bun or even braid it without looking like you dunked your hair in a tub of oil…but i suggest skipping more than one day 2-3 days is good…invest in a good dry shampoo…even baby powdering the roots helps soo much
like I stated in the previous post…you can actually train your scalp to stop producing so much oil, but it’s gonna need patience, and over time you can actually train your scalp to stop producing less oil…trust me it’s worth it in the long run
