I love pennies when i first came to the UK there was a shop called Woolworths in town that selled penny sweets, it was sweet in every sense till the company went bust.
Now i collect the pennies and drop them into Charity boxes wherever i can. They are still usefull....
As the old saying goes:
"every penny makes a pound"

I have a big clear plastic pepsi bottle which can be used to collect all the change. All my change goes in there. It is 1/3rd full now. I will post the picture if I get time to do so.

i like it...pocket does get heavy with it but i love using them on self service tills....and saving them...phir jab dabba bhar jata hai aur count karke jab yeh pata chalta hai ke 4/5 pound ban gaye bari khushi hoti hai...ek waqt ka meal ajata hai...i dont lots of pennies at tills coz it gets embarrasing as it takes ages for the casier to count aur peechay wale loag moun naaq banate hain...i either use on self service tills, banks or those exchange your pennies here where u put your pennies in this machine-it counts them for you and i think gives you the money in notes/coins
