Yes I think art is progressing with technology definately.

I dont neccasarily agree with all of it and to be honest a lot of art is become ever more impractical... but still art has come a long way and technology is a big help to that.

Art is about how people express their creativity and thought process. Using one platform vs. another shouldn't matter as long as the artists' passion comes thru to the recipient.
