As far as the song-and-dance format is concerned, that is something that is common to all South Asian cinema. Yup, they DO try to put in all the garbage associated with Bollywood into Pakistani films - no wonder that they havent found much audience in recent times.

I am not sure if bollywood copies from lollywood as i havent seen any lollywood movie. but i know that bollywood copies from bollywood, hollywood, tollywood etc etc.

well u can be sure now bollywood has copied 100+ fuill lollywood movies not to mention that 1 out of 2 movies these days has a copied song which was originally lollywood material :)
