Well, there is no black & white answer to this. Rather, it’s a darker shade of gray where paernts should be held accountable for the kids’ crimes.So at the extrmely young age, parents should hold the responsibility. Hopefully, though, the parent did decide for the young child with the upmost care & responsiblity.
I hate it soo much when young adults (20> yr. olds) blame their life’s mistakes on the decisions their parents made for them during their earlier years.
