Pakistani Muslims will never see them as anything other then foreigners of second class citizens, even though many have been there for centuries. The only way to win their rights and respect is to fight back against Muslim oppresion.

Read the posts in GS and you will get the under-current of most if not all Pakistani muslims considering Indian muslims as not totally muslims. I am convinced that most Pakistani guppies do not consider India’s prez Abdul Kalam as a true muslim because his mother-tongue is not Urdu but Tamil. We all know how West Pakistanis denigrated (and eventually lost) the East Pakistanis because they did not speak Urdu and preferred to speak Bengali. Draw your own conclusions from this but the truth remains: a non-muslim who chooses to live in Pakistan is a fool.

Not if I read hundred of posts in GS correctly, not one muslim will support them. They should leave Pakistan not by trickle but by drove. There is no room for a non-muslim in Pakistan and sooner they understand it the better. As it is only 3% of Pakistan’s population is non-muslim.

And that is minorities’ fault? Kaptan saab we know a lot more about Pakistan than you guys know about India. The precise reason why comon man has no equality in your land of the pure is bacause you are controlled by an army for all your life. Just look how much hassle the army gave to Musharraf before he finally declared postponement of purchase of 77 F-16s when lakhs of Pakistanis are suffering due to the quake. As far Pakistanis being India haters, do you really expect me not to believe it? Don’t make me laugh. My best friends are Pakistanis and even they say Pakistan is being run by mullahs and maulvis.

when and where did I blame minorities for anything? and please don’t get me started on why we don’t have justice/equality. I am an opponent of army’s control in the country but I really wouldn’t blame military solely responsible for lack of justice or equality. Oh sure, people love to be afraid to serve their God and also they LOVE hearing degrading comments from people who only dislike or hate them because they worship differently. I see NO reason at all for them to revolt. So, once in a while family members get arrested cause ... oh for whatever reason, usually cause some Muslim gets offended or jealous, but, hey, that's the price you pay being a minority in a Muslim land. right? They should feel so proud that they are tolerated in the land where their families have generations of roots.

Usually the ones esposing this mentality are the same ones screaming the loudest about their rights in other lands, usually the US.

Throughout history whenever a group is prosecuted (even if it is legal), yes, Virginia, eventually they riot or protest or do something to change that inequality.

Now, go on and make all the excuses and rationales trying to convince yourselves that they really have it good only having to pay a tax, being barely tolerated and afraid of arrest anytime they MAY offend someone knowingly or unknowingly, the truth is it is a bad system with an elitist attitude and it is set-up to crash.

Actually both. They are not mutually exclusive. Fundamentalization of the Pakistani army after Zia’s reign is quite well documented in the book “Pakistan: Eye of the storm”.

After getting tired of being treated like 3rd class citizens, called names such as choora and karantay, prosecuted for even hinting that maybe Islam is not the true religion and basically being treated like an outcast of society?

Do you think they will take up arms agains the Pakistani govt? Would they use insurgent like tactics against the Pakistani army or police which might try to stop them?

If they do, most of you will support them right, because they are revolting against injustice and mistreatement and the fact that none of you true Muslims are susceptible to propaganda of the Pakistani govt which will basically label them as terrorists?

What kind of question is that??. Iam pakistani but yet christian and infact our whole family is religious christians; as living there..i never had any problem there in pak. I think what you might be talking about social levels in pak. Lower middle class would always be discriminated as compare to upper middle class. Religion has nothing to do with it.

This disgusting attitude would take pakistan no where. Iam chrisitan or rather proud one. I haven’t faced racism in pakistan but of course there always be bad apple around like you. My fore-fathers fought for pakistan and migrated from india to pakistan…in search of “better” life. Secondly, why us minorities would revolt???. We love pakistan equally just like any other!!!. Iam very dissappointed at you who ever you are.
