^ man considering your logic almost 70 % of Pakistan is not under the writ of the government so the government should start bombarding everything…

we will have to give it to the hindu indians that they suffered pakistan sponsored terrorism in kashmir for over a decade but they didnt use fighter planes there, and with the passage of time the terrorism movement has died down…on the other hand we are dealing with our muslim brothers with fighters and american drones, and still after 10 years or so the terrorism is still there…

But they are using helicopters (armed ones) in maoist territory in the north east which is rugged like our frontier. They have used air power on mountains but for kargil, you can chalk it up to infiltrators, though kashmir valley is easier to calm down by police.
