The court has asked India to suspend building till the final decision is made **OR **India can continue at their risk. That is, if India loses the case, it may be asked to amend / dismantling the dam.

India’s decision to build these dams is on improving the life of ordinery people living in India, and it may also believe it has broken no rules in the Indo pak treaty. As such it has taken the risk.

Wrong. From the Court order itself:

“India shall not proceed with the construction of any permanent works on or above the Kishanganga/Neelum River bed at the Gurez site that may inhibit the restoration of the flow of the river to its natural channel.”

End of story. The question is will India comply? Most Pakistanis doubt it. And most Indians say that they don’t need to comply. Shows to us what you guys really think.
