This is where statistics is not only wrongly used, but simply wrong. First of all, what does 50/50 mean? It does not translate to what you think … it does not mean that there are only two options Heads and Tails of a coin toss … because the assumption is that the coin is an unbiased coin. It infers there is no conscious effort towards one or the other and that there is no intelligence in the outcome, favouring one over the other. The idea of a 50/50 chance applied to God is a sign of not fully understanding God … The Wise … and Just … These Attributes are vehicles that allow us to understand that certain questions would be absurd to entertain because they would destroy the premise of the God concept, before even attempting to answer them.
God does not do things by chance !!!
Secondly, statistics is a tool for possibility - it is not a means to determine certain things that DO actually happen. For example before the Titanic set sail the chances for it to sink were very small. When it sank it became a 100% possibility - i.e. an actuality … because the event had happened. So you see the profile of a statistic in effect is transitory it may start off at a point in time to be insignificant but through a sequence of transitions it becomes more likely because it is travelling to a point it is destined to travel. God is not bound by transition !!!
God not only does not play dice … like Einstein says, but God is also Himself not subject to chance and for God the past, present and future are the same …
Now in terms of answering prayers … The answers is God chooses - If a request is made to be fulfilled literally, in a similar kind, immediately or delayed …
His Choices are due to His Wisdom …
It may be He wants the requester to continue earning reward for asking - and therefore He may Choose not to fulfill the literal request so the act of supplication continues. It may be He sees the fulfilling of the request would lead to hardship for the supplicator and not fulfil it … He may test a person by fulfilling their wish and seeing if they are going to be grateful to Him or simply boast about being self-sufficient … Many people pray to God when in danger, but when they are safe they turn on their heels … So fulfilling a request may not translate to being the best thing for them …
Here the crucial prinicple is Thanks for being given bounties of this world are due to Him and even in tests our patience would be well rewarded … From here you can see the matter is far more complex than you are portraying it and hence I conclude that your question is absurd …
