No. It does not. The motivation to commit pedophilia is not primarily a sexual drive. This is the misconception. These people get off on abusing others, and being dominant. As is said, the brain is the most powerful sexual organ. Not the genitals.
It is a mindset that they have. The are rapists, who abuse those weaker than them. The penis is merely the preferred weapon. Remove that, they still have other body parts and implements they can use to abuse.
