no obv not, i meant big things, like a dress, housestuff, makeup thats very exp....i always tell about dressess and housestuffs, not with the makeup.....

^ Yep.
Some spouses aren't very nice and have a hissy fit if you buy anything...for them nothing is "cheap" if it costs money.

I firmly believe that husband and wife should everything with each other. By telling your spouse what you have bought just shows how much respect & care u have for him/her. Hiding shows that you neither respect nor trust. I used to tell each and everything and it made me feel good when I shared everything with him. But problem started when I ordered a meal for lunch at work & it became a big issue ! I was not allowed to even buy biscuits. Then when I started hiding things.
But husband and wife are life partner to each other (if only this phrase can be understood) .....choti choti batain share karnay sey relationship meaningful hota hai , u feel important & you feel respected. Believe me Allah also sends barkat in homes where people respect & trust each other & spend on each other's needs.
