Do you still need vaccine certificate to enter Pakistan?
My son went to Turkey and no one even glanced at it.

Here are the relevant notifications: https://covid.gov.pk/travel-guidelines
Yes, proof of vaccination is still required. In Pakistan, these rules are implemented very arbitrarily so if no one asks you for proof of vaccination do not think I mislead you. I know a family who was refused boarding to Pakistan few months back costing them $12,000/=
However, PassTrack application requirement has been dropped as per latest notification. But if the App is still up, I’ll still fill it up and carry proof with me.

Thanks for that.
Does the proof of vaccination tied into bribery at Pakistani airports? For instance if you dont have the vax passport can you give them say a 1000 rupees to look the other way?
Do they also do a the temperature scan scam and then say your too hot and must have covid and isolate you into a kick back hotel for lots of money. The hotel gives kick backs to the airport officials for scamming foreign people into the hotels with the fake temperature scan scam.
No. There is no longer hostel or hotel quarantine requirement either. There are lots of other opportunities they’ve found to make money now such as charging for excess baggage, customs, wrapping, photocopy requirements, etc. From the janitors to the airline employees at the check-in counter, everyone has a cut in such income. Few years ago a check-in employee really went above and beyond in annoying me over excess baggage, I made an official complaint about him. Last year I spotted him again and he had been promoted !

No there is no such requirement anymore. However they do ask for vaccination card. That depends on who are you dealing with. Even the requirement of travel app is waived off now.
