This i know is highly disliked, Islamically. I am not even comfortable discussing future plans of when to have kids with any friends or even my mother, who i am very close to in fact.
Some things maintain the sanctity of a relation & one should try their level best to give it the confidentiality it deserves.

I cannot and do not share certain things with either closest family or a friend.Although I have been on the receiving end a few times and that has always made me more than uncomfortable.

No im not comfortable sharing private matters with any anyone it be friends, siblings or even my mom. I think I can manage this much privacy of mine to keep it to myself. It is religiously a sin too, to share your "private details" with someone.

I share everything with only the best friends (2)
I think ive never hidden anything from them. And they tell me everything too.
With my mom i dont share every single thing not cuz im scared of her or not so close... I love my mom but i dont see the reason to share everything i mean she's not in my age group so that changes things a bit.
Like obviously my friends or i, wont tell eachother every tiny thing , like that would just be stupid.
But for the most part we share everything.
( none of us are married yet)
But even when were martied we'll be the same.
Ofcourse were not gonna share the "too private" things.

No but seriously…sometimes you do want to brag…and likewise, you need to vent out some frustrations. its jsut a matter of controlling your thoughts/tongue.
also, i know when you’re not experienced, sometimes u do need to talk to someone you know about it…not in a wink wink nudge nudge sort of way but more of “is this normal? is that how it’s supposed to happen?” sometimes u just don’t feel comfortable talking to a mother or relative, no matter how great the relationship is supposed to be..

I don't like to share anything at all with anyone.. his family or my family.. or friends. Like soemone said, not even when we plan to have kids. I am a very very private person.
Just recently however, I had an argument with my husband because he thinks its okay to share some stuff with his family. He shares everything related to our finance with his family and I don't appreciate that. He also tends to share lil bit of our private life stuff here and there with his parents.. his reason.. they are doctors.. big deal.. Its highly annoying.

I think these are very valid points
