Always! I hate talking to strangers on a plane so I always bring a book. I’ll say hello to my seatmate then promptly turn away and start reading my book.

I’ve seen people do tht on tube too, it’s a good way of avoiding eye contact.

I’ve heard lots of praises of “Three cups of tea”, it’s on my list.

And Younus Butt should definitely be read on plane, it’d make the journey much more pleasant.
