Actually it has not much to do with critical remarks. Almost every thread in Feedback is critical. However, once the comment or concern is addressed by Admin/mod, and then other members start their own chit chat in a thread, at that time it is closed. If you or someone have more 'critical' comments, feel free to open a new thread. Hopefully that will also be satisfactorily answered before a taala is placed on it.
