No one has answered my question. Why is this considered an amazing community as compared to other locations in Pakistan? It’s not like it’s some gated community where no robberies happen, or the light never goes out, etc.

I think the land costs more (?), so houses cost more. So people are all woweee you can afford to live in defence.
