Do you Lie?

Do you lie to people? How often? And if you do, is it because of necessity or habit?

I expect a lot of NOs in this thread.

I sometimes lie because I have to. And to cover that lie I have to lie again.

I don’t lie much and I hate liars But if people put me on spot where I don’t wanna tell them personal details I fib.

Sure I do - the occasional lie by omission or little fib. But I’d like to think never about important things.

But as my mama always did tell, “woh jhoot bolo jo tum nibha sako.” If you can’t lie well and are going to get caught, no point in lying.

I only lie when I see impending troubles.

I used to lie a lot more often few years ago, but I learned my lesson the hard way (lies got caught).

Lying is easy, but getting out of it is insanely difficult.

Lying should be avoided but I think even the best of us lie.

I definately tell plenty of lies or false truths, depending on the situation. Many people when faced with difficuilties have to blag thier way out of things. Offcourse as a proffesional I never lie but in private we all lie. Offcourse friends and fammily especially will catch me out so I dont bother with them… The truth is sometimes just too damned strong.

Ofcoz I do..but not on really important things…I lie to my mom all the time to avoid getting lectured on my lifestyle

I dnt lie to papa…coz no point he always knows when am lying..so I jst tell him the truth about everything..co with my papa..I want him to hear it from me FIRST..not from anyone else!
