I refuse to believe that any product will magically get RID of your blackheads, no matter what you try, ultimately you’ll have to TAKE them out, then you can use toner, products to close your pores and keep them clear so more don’t form. Anyhow, so what I do is after getting out of the shower, right out of the shower, I sit infront of a mirror with very good lighting so I can see my skin perfectly. I take my old shirt that I was wearing prior to the shower (which will go into the laundry), flip it backwards and put both my index fingers underneath and gently squeeze the blackhead out, don’t squeeze the hell out of it so your nose gets red but the reason I do this directly after showering is, you don’t need to steam your face because the shower will take care of that. I use a piece of cloth or my old shirt because it’s much safer than simply digging your nails into it, that can lead to very bad scarring and the squeezing out gently with a piece of cloth is pain free unlike those mini shovels they dig into your face when you’re getting a facial.

P.S. i’m sure this isn’t recommended, but when I do it once in a while, it works for me.

I do this too. Sounds gross, but it does keep the blackheads off. I’ve also tried the clean and clear blackhead scrub:

It works okay, but tends to dry the skin. I use it sparingly, combined with the home remedy above.
