In my state in school My first langauge is telugu and second language is hindhi
this two are compulsary till 10th standard and +1 + 2 you can choose what ever language you want
and i stayed in delhi for 2 yrs so picked up the language well

Stinky means bad smell, badbu right
then in Telugu it is Durvasana(Bookish word), Chedda vasana(normal usage)

The urdu word ***tiya sounds bad, if you look urdu dictionary Ferouz ul-lughat all it means is stupid.

yes some words sounds bad but have a different meaning

ex: for untouchbility it "chua ch***" in hindhi
