It’s not that you eat too much but your body slows down your metabolism and saves the food as fat for a rainy day. Maybe the problem is it don’t rain as much as it used to.

so I had my lunch in the lunch room today rather than going out. started watching TV - a huge mistake. They were showing the best chocolate companies & stuff in USA. I’m craving for it now :crying:
