Hi,
I’m not that femilar to skin oils and essential oils, today I bought 100% rosehip seed oil. Am I suppose to dilute it with something else? or is it okay to apply it pure to the face?
Thank you

Re: Do you have to dilute rosehip seed oil?
You don't need to dilute it- applying it straight to your face and neck is fine.

I've heard quite a bit about rosehip oil. What is it supposed to do specifically?

I was actually anti ALL face oils not long ago (after seeing a dermatologist who told me rosehip oil etc wasn't good for your skin) but then I decided to give it a try for acne scarring and I have to say it's amazing! In just a couple of weeks my acne scars have lightened considerably to the point where they are almost gone (and I have very fair skin so they were quite visible). I use it morning and night underneath my moisturiser and sun block. It's also made my face unbelievably smooth, soft and plump - I went for a facial last week and my therapist at a well reputed salon actually asked what products I use because my skin is now so soft! I don't know how well it would work on oily skin but mine is more normal dry then normal oily and I haven't had any breakouts from the pure rosehip oil at all. Even when my scars fade altogether i will continue using it in my skin care routine just because of how nice it makes my skin feel- apparently it is good for fine lines and anti ageing as well although that's not a concern for me right now.

^ yea thats what I'm doing.
So I use Retin A (tretinoin) every third night and and in between I apply rose-hip one day and 100% josie maran argon oil the second.
