You did not provide me a single evidence or decent rebuttal that Qur'an does not contain law instead of running around in a circle and bringing up same illogical argument over and over again! Let me make it very simply for you as it seems you have trouble comprehnding the simplest of words and common sense: does Qur'an has inheritance law or not?

What is your evidence that it does not work for modern civilizations. It seems you need some history lesson: There were Muslim nations who adopted some of Islamic laws and prospered economically, socially etc when rest of the world was living in dark ages. Maybe this will ring some bell: Europe was living in dark ages until Muslims conquered Spain and there of other countries learned form them and prospered. So the modern civilization you are ranting about is all thanks to Muslims and Islamic laws!
Now you are contradicting yourself all over the map! You admitted in earlier paragraph that "I*slamic states in the past has established their laws according to the laws defined for a country in the Qur'an"*; and since not even islamic states follow quran as law now, it is a straight forward case of people having tried and given up.
Would you like tell us how exactly i am contradicting myself? Have you seen an Islamic state recently? There is none as far i know and every other muslim beside you!
