Mall people usually say my two cents here and there but i do not live in the USA so i cannot say that and i do not live in the UK so i cannot say give my two pennies here and there so i wrote give my two dirhams because i am in Dubai lol

its just a phrase you know, you use it when you state your opinion you say at the end that you are just giving your two cents. meaning basically u are just giving your opinion and as i said that i am in dubai i would rather give my two dirhams:)
