.normally elite class, intellectuals and highly educated class of india/pakistan respects and likes each other, lower class of both countries dont know much about each other they follow what others are doing , most dangerous is the middle and literate class . they are most deceptive and hide their feelings but hate each other because of the history of division and wars between two countries.last but not least indians/pakistanis like and help each other in other countries because of commonality of many things . and most probably united they stand against goras. but i like gup shup team most.i sometimes hate indians and pakistanis both on the case to case basis and on the basis of merit.

A funny thing: During the worldcup i received a few hate messages on facebook from some totally random Indians (who lived in India). But that only made me laugh :D

there are plenty of idiots in india , a large no . of them resort to these thing .but you can understand we come across such people every day and your's is the best way to handle them , i liked your reaction ,this is a reaction of an intelligent and nice gentleman . god bless you.

People who are not in my list cannot see any information of mine. I dont even have a a picture of myself or any of that sort. I just think they just chose some random people from a pakistan page to send some threats and hate messages.
yea well there are a lot of nutcase Indians too like Indik said, last year when i was supporting the aman ki asha cause one nut sent me the most threatening note. I can still picture his face in my mind....scary stuff!! Thank God for campus police
Yep it was all b/c i have pakistani friends and don't see pakistanis in the psycho way that he did......of course it was in relation to the whole mumbai attacks event. Some Indians will still find it difficult to move on and wounds are still fresh for them

Problem is I (and I suppose many Indian) feel betrayed and stabbed in the back several times due to things like attacks on Kashmir, Kargil, Mumbai etc. We realize these are committed by a small group of Pakistanis but the 'small' group (whether called ISI or military or whatever else combinations) seem to have all the power and retain the power over decades!

Thank you for being candid. I like the distinction you make between liking Pakistanis and trusting Pakistanis.
Trust has to be earned - and there have been enough instances of aggression from both sides. You mention Kashmir - Kargil - Mumbai - a few of these you can be rightly outraged for - the first one - I don't think so. In return I could mention Kashmir :) - Junagarh - 71 - Indus water & Hyderabad as reasons for lack of trust in India amongst Pakistanis. It is this difference of opinion on issues still unresolved that regardless of "bad politics" will continue to undermine any trust we may have in each other.

The problem is that we Pakistanis also feel betrayed from the day Pakistan was created, on to Kashmir, Bangladesh, Siachin, etc. Do u honestly think you have done no wrong! I mean for God sakes, if anyone should be bitter over Kashmir its we. I'm
tying to avoid Kashmir, but I find it rather pathetic that after all the wrongs your country has commited, that you still feel as though YOUR the agrievd party! I'm sorry, but I find it rather disgusting that the abuser is now suddenly playing victim! Its amazing how you have convinced yourself of being innocent, despite all evidence to the contrary.
If this is your attitude, then count me out of any friendship with you.
And yes I can distinguish between Indians and
your govt, but you have to realize that your govts policies has created much resentment towards u.
And trust me, there no dearth of those who wouldn't trust you on our side.
When living abroad, I thought that indians and pakistanis could live in peace and actually was friends with a couple of them..............then I came back and saw the indian involvement in ruining my country and saw evidence firsthand. Since that day, I have nothing but hatred for them.....I am sorry if someone finds it offensive, but thats how I feel now.
