When I was using Clinique’s liquid foundation, I used to mix MAC’s stilife in there too. It gave a really nice glow in pictures and the foundation looked dewy.

YES! I love adding Rouge Bunny Rouge’s Sea of Clouds, it’s a liquid illuminator. Or I just add some in the portion I’ll apply on my cheeks. It gives the most amazing shimmer-free/non-greasy glow. And it looks AH-mazing in photographs.
Before I upgraded, I liked Benefit’s High Beam. I didn’t add it to my entire foundation but just in the amount I’d add on to my cheeks. I love liquid illuminators.

M...those illuminators are definitely on my list woman! They are gorgeous! I saw you post about them in another thread.
I am going to experiment a bit with stuff and keep you guys posted. I have a few ideas.
I am curious to know how foundation would work when mixed with a good concealer? A heavy silicon based primer? Or something that gives it the extra staying power for cameras and lights. I know there are specific formulas out there for this purpose but it would be nice to find out the secret to it.

Becca's shimmering skin perfector in OPAL is such a gorgeous highlighter. You can also mix into your foundation to give that glow and dewiness to your skin! It's seriously amazing!!!

I feel like when I highlight using my MAC highlighter...it gives me enough shimmer. So I don't use any shimmer in my foundation anymore.
Strobe is more of a shimmer isn't it?

I love the dewy finish it gives, it’s great if you don’t need too much coverage!
