If we say that we accept and respect hindus, that does not mean that we feel the same about hinduism too. Yes we respect hinduism but do not accept it. I am not sure why we should apologize for that when its not even a negative trait. You are just presenting it as negative trait.
My parents are my parents and for me, they are the only real parents of mine. I respect other people’s parents but dont accept them as mine. Should I apologize for that too?
