I made it a habit since the last 3-4 years! If you wanna have no cavities, brush twice (once a day using a nice electric), if you wanna avoid periodontal gum problems, floss every day!

im such a slacker when it comes to flossing .. i just floss once a month when i have to go see my orthoo .. other than that im tooo lazyy to deal with all the wires and stringgs while flossing :$ blame it on my braces

Yes, yes yes!!! i have to floss, i do it everyday, otherwise i find it really annoying knowing i have tiny bits stuck somewhere in between my teeth

I have flossed every night since my teens. I brush and rinse with mouthwash twice a day, I also chew sugar free gum after every meal, I'm 27 and have no fillings so all that effort must be worth something.

I floss everyday with my Waterpik electric flosser. Prolly not as good as a dori but a whole lot of food gunk does come out.

flossing is a must especially if you have teeth that are stuck together tight. food can get stuck in all those places which can lead to cavities and a lot more problems.
i have to floss after every meal b/c my teeth are shoved in tight b/c i wore braces and i feel a bit icky if i don't floss
