Do you find added on MSN emoticons annoying?

Not too long ago, I used to boast my collection of over 275 emoticons. However, I had to format my PC and most of them were lost forever because I failed to back them up appropriately.

I’m again in the process of building up my collection. I admit at times they can be overwhelming for myself and others to look at.

In fact, someone told me how he does not like them and even stopped talking to an individual who literally had an emoticon for every letter.

What’s your take on added on MSN emoticons and would you consider yourself an MSN emoticon enthusiast?

I admit it makes me look immature and childish at times, but oh well…

i like the face emoticons the ones i can't stand are the add ins for LOL, BRB and other words, especially ones for the question marks

i like to use emoticons on MSN ... ocassionally it hleps me to show about my feelings ... :)

a few used at appropriate places are alright but if you see a new and distracting emoticon on every line is annoying....

…forget emoticons, heck i’m so out of touch with the times i didn’t even know about msn until someone here introduced me to it a few months ago.

yeah had a convo. with DA, she uses 'em all the time. :smiley:

Some of them can be annoying…but I really like em :slight_smile: My favorite part is stealing them :devil:

I think I probably fall under the category of the annoying individuals who've got added on smilies for almost every other thing. I use them in a manner where it's not up to my discretion to use them when appropriate. They just appear in literally every sentence.

D_A, you seem quite famous. How many do you have? :p
