Do you change your views?

Exactly right KKF .. very well put ..

Over the years I have had several discussions here, some have actually changed me for the better .. made me more aware on the religious element .. though at that time defending our stance seems to be the best option but later on when you think about it , either of the two things happen:

• you start seeing a different perspective on things and if its inline with the deen, you pick it up and change your stance

• if its against the Islamic teaching, you feel more and more thankful to Allah for letting you remain strongly on the right path and for letting you see the light ..

Either way , these discussions really help putting the perspective in place .. bless all the nice , intelligent people here

EXACTLY!
