Honestly there is some science behind conceiving. For the first year, try any position. Human body is made to conceive if you are hanging upside down.
Most OBs, after a year of trying to conceive naturally, give suggestions for positions along with tests and diet that are optimal for conception.
missionary position with pillow underneath to elevate the uterus a bit. Staying in that position for 10 minutes. (just rotate and put your legs on the wall).
finding exactly when you ovulate in the month is key

soo what if u get ur monthly flow comes 2 times a month? Does the ovulation calc. Really works?? ( in case someone has these probs?)

they’ll tell you how long your cycles are and when you are likely to be conceiving, and you can even set up email reminders for when you should have sex in case you get busy and forget your ovulation date.
and also, obviously have sex. every other day at least for the week you ovulate.
don’t forget to start taking your prenatal vitamins and folic acid right away though! your body needs folic acid in the first three months after conception and it takes a while for it to build up to the right level in your system, so the sooner you start, the better it is. plus, pregnancy takes a toll on you so the prenatal vitamins will keep you healthy so you can have a healthy baby iA.

The KEY basically is NEVER giving up in frustration or stress. Thats why most of the posters advised you not to takie any stress over it anyway.
nggal’s post is very very valuable, she just summed it up all for you. But tell you what, people get pregnant even without following any of it, so you know this is basically the fate playing their role and beating ours, whatever it be.
I dont believe any position can really work more than the typical (missionary) one itself. But well thats what every one does already.
Two things that worked for me, anyway, were: Consulting a GOOD fertility specialist, since sometimes its just an excuse, a dose of two or three days even, that works. I got to know SO MUCH I didnt know about conception, The ovulation period and other info that actually HELPS in conception covering almost all aspects you wouldnt know about, already.
On the top of every thing is your pure intent and DUA. There are a few duas of prophets mentioned in Quran, reciting which invokes Allah’s mercy and well, even if you DONT do any thing, just have your hope intact that Allah is Merciful and WILL bless you soon, so will HE.
