Do You Believe in Ghost Spirits?

So I know according to Muslim belief, no such thing exist. Why does Islam say that Jinns, angels, demons exist but not ghosts (yet there are many accounts of ghost sightings and none for Jinns) Is there are specific reason for this?

If such beliefs go against Islam, why are there so many muslims who believe in spirits and ghosts?

AND what do you think of people who have psychic abilities?

As a Muslim, my belief is that ghosts do not exist according to the assumptions about them. As for the “ghost” sightings you mention, has anyone confirmed what they are that you can say that they are ghosts and not jinns? People might see those things and as far as they know, they are encountering ghosts. Somebody who knows them as jinns might experience the same thing and they will say that they encountered jinns.
