Ok tell doesn’t it distinguish Muslims from Non Muslims.If not Then Why???

Its Sunnah but Ulma put emphasis on it.Why???

When non Muslims come to know of any useful thing,They try to learn about it.e.g. Non Muslims also do khatna because it is proved by science that khatna saves them from certain diseases.Similarly about beard.

I can’t say about sikhs I haven’t any knowledge about them.

They keep beard and wear turban like Muslims do but they keep kirpan with themselves to save themselves from enemies.
Muslims don’t even in villages.

And a raw information about sikhs

[Guru Nanak was following Islam closely & was going accept Islam but He died.So, his followers started worshiping him due to less knowledge given by him. ]

Guru Nanak was not a Muslim, though he visited Makka. Actually, he based Sikhism on the combination of religions being followed in the area (including Islam). Some of the chapters of religious scriptures of Sikhism (Garanth sahib) were written by Muslim sufis.

jo bhi ilhaami mazhab hain un me daarhi lazmi hai,waqt guzarnay k sath sath log mazhab se dor hoty gye.khatna,daarhi etc yeh sab lazmi juzw hain

The guitarist guy might be a great muslim but Allah alone knows these facts!

Not necessarily. If it was that important, it must have been mentioned in Quran where similarities between Islam and other ilhami books are told. I think its more about Arab culture than religion. The Prophet had that and therefore it becomes the part of Sunna. Its not Farz even by any Hadees e Nabvi

other people also keep it? this is not reason to deny darrhi as a distinguished symbol.
