The prophet’s SAW wife worked before she became muslim. Afterwards she stayed at home. Women working with non mahrams is haram. Women allowed to ofc but there are conditions one being that her family isn’t neglected, two she isn’t working with non mahrams, three her husband lets her.

That is a understanding between husband and wife. Majority of Pakistanis are moderates and have no issues with this. The fact our Prophet never stopped her from working should say a lot alone. Now going into details such as working with men that is purely on a personal level for that person.

Take doctors for example in certain places there are huge shortages. Are you saying these women shouldn’t work? I can tell you most religious rules go out of the window when it comes to saving lives.
