I think so. They were unlucky in finals. In fact if they won to Zim in preliminary round, they would have been in.

i used to think that but the thing is like pakistan they don't have any batting during world cup there top or middle order didn't really do anything same w/ pakistan they had kuslener and pak had mohin to win the game there bowling and fielding is very good. aus they have a good batting line up, bowlers and good fielding my rating is

2. SA
3. pakistan
though i love pakistani team
