mujy asise dua batain jis say mere mushqil dor ho gaye aur mere dua qabool ho plzzzzz

One dua that helped me on a number of occasions and also everyone else with whom I shared it, they all found it very helpful. No situation remains difficult after you recite it.

Urdu translation: "Aye Allah ! koi kaam mushkil nahin jise tu asaan farma de, aur jab tu chahta hai to har mushkil asaan farma deta hai "

I am not aware of your situation, but please do consider that God may have already provided you the means to solve your problem. You do not need encantations in Arabic to call out to Him. He even hears what you whisper to yourself!

Offer Salaat and do dua after salaat and give some charity. May Allah give you ease.

MashAllah everyone here is providing good advice, du'ah and salah and zakah ... you seem to need 'to do' something ... in which case you may also need to breakdown your concerns write them on a piece of paper to help organise your thoughts.

Perhaps seek the help of a wise friend and explain the issues you are having.

Make a decision and perform istikhara if you have a dilemma.

If the tense nature is being caused by something unIslamic then remove it from your life as much as you can. Du'ah ko qabool karane ke liye ... it is important that action is taken to support your need. The above advice is clear also that durood sharif before and after your du'ah will help and also after prayer. Earnest prayer softens the heart and removes the weight of the material stresses.
