hiii,
After bearing hot weather for long long,finally it rained in karachi n all over sindh..amazing..maza aagaya:)
But after effects of rain in pakistan particularly in karachi are pathetic!! many people died including children,mini bus collapsed ,ppl got injured,no proper water sewerage and finally the electric breakdowns…creates so many problems…baarish aik azaab ban jaati hey:(
But still,many many people r enjoying,making pakoraas n having espresso coffee…do u people enjoy rain and rainy season??

i miss the rainy season in karachi
The favourite activity was to go out in the rain - wearing a chaddi banyan
and have tea + Pakoray at a road side chai ka hotel :love:

Its because of things like that which makes me hate rain, dont mind the pakoraas though :D

its a fkg nightmare..we did'nt have electricity for more than 24 hours,my car broke down..roads are a mess and the cable t.v is gone too since yesterday ..who wants a rain like that..rain is good in islamabad where you don't get these problems, but not in karachi

i like it when its pouring down with rain and im stuck at home. This is when i have one of those "lazy days"..... where i just sleep in or look out the window and listen to the pittar patter of the drops hitting against the window while i have philosophical thoughts about life and where it's headed....sometimes i'll even cuddle up with a good book and catch up on some reading. :)
