If yes, how?
Do you bake potatoes or boil them?

Re: do u make jacket potato at home?
Bake! Wash/scrub your potato, then prick it well all over (let's the steam escape, so it doesn't burst in the oven!) wrap it in foil, and then bake at 400 degrees F. The size of the potato will determine how long it takes, but generally about 30-35 minutes. When it's done, unwrap foil and then cut the potato lengthwise and kind of press the sides..it splits the potato open and fluffs up the inside. My favorite toppings are butter, sour cream, green onions/chives & shredded cheese...salt and pepper too of course! Yum!!!
The best potatos to use for baking are ones with high starch content, like Russett Potatos.

We just chuck them in the microwave for about 10 mins. Would prefer them oven-baked but the microwave method is quicker for lazy ol' me.

Loveeeee. In the winter, I'd pop one in the oven in the morning before I showered/got ready. Then I would take it in a container to work. At work, I'd add cheese and pop it in the microwave to melt the cheese. Add some smoked salon and some salad and there you go.
