I guess the correct term would be non-zabiya meat. I dont mean to get into a religious debate but if you live in a place where its very hard to find zabiyah meat, and the mosque has issued a fatwa where you are allowed to eat it before offering a small dua, I see no reason why you should deprive your body of this blessing from Allah. At home, I always use Zabiyah, though I rarely cook. Zabiyah/blessed meat is properly drained and tastes alot better.
yep that's right....sad thing is that most muslim halal meat shops are selling non-islamic zabiya when they're allowed to use islamic method.
We recently found out that British stores [like ASDA ] are selling proper halal meat with hmc stamps, we're thinking of buying from them next time.
