There is a saying , Jack of all trades , master of none ... thats what happens when a woman is expected to raise kids in a perfect environment and keep the boss happy at work as well.
Men have the responsiblity to earn for the entire family , they deal with the external elements , while a woman looks after all the softer and deeper issues of a home including the education and upbringing of a child. This is how nature taught us to be ... its important for a strong family unit.
Why do you think the western world is lacking in "family unit" ... no matter what they say, how ever many excuses they turn up with , their family system is breaking down , mainly because their women are too busy competing with men and running after their careers.
sorry to break it to you, but majority of women in Pakistan are stay at home mums, and either your theory does not work or many of them are pathetic mothers to raise such cheats as sons, or killers and thugs that we say..and still see killing on campuses, the ghubda gardee and all.
