DO Pakistanis have a culture?

Identity is a blessing because one can be proudly able to represent what one’s identity hold. it does not have to be nationalist but it could be defined enough to represent the geographic state nation that one belongs to.

Granted individual differences, does that culture reflect universal norms or social/civic engagment?

Does education have a role to play more than ethics-focused brought up?

Name or list things, trends, social norms that you think are practices in the Pakistani culture?
