so is there an age where it is uncool to be at a club filled with mostly single young ppl?
I mean at some point in time even the married ladies who go out to clubs as a gang in their late..err i mean mid 20s, look like a bunch of cougars..per the opinion of avg clubbing folks there
heck, i think that at some point in time ladies should just give up on coming up with dance routines for dances o mehndis.. I am no uber conservative dude, I mean dance all you want if there is music going on, but that choreographed dance routines looks good for some ppl..after that its a novelty and if you see the same ladies doing it at every event you go, its actually comical.
I just turned 20 in Jan and have only been to a club once, it was with my brother and my couzin, honestly too many bad influences, only thing that is good about the club is the music, which they played loud enough to wake the dead, lol, still not going back cause I can always put my music on blast and not have to be around weird people.
a club is only made for dancing, it’s neither cool nor uncool to go to a club- whether it’s with one’s husband/wife/friends or even random strangers [definitely NOT cool]
if done in the right manner [as in you leave with the person you came with] it can be a great experience - you get to sing at the top of your lungs to your favourite songs and dance like crazy with people you [hopefully] like the company of ;p
nyah, its cheezy at that point in time, really..a one off occasion here and there is a diff thing, but regular fixtures are essentially considered creepy old guys.
Clubbing includes everything from dancing to drinking alcohol and doing recreational drugs which goes on even in Pakistan. I suppose you’re only asking about dancing to music in nightclubs or in other social gatherings?
yep, my pakistani friends do. i never understand the point of it so never went with them. but i have been to clubs cuz most of the small art gatherings and shows are organized in clubs.
besides even if it all girls party i refuse to do the dancing and would rather help their mothers with the dishes and clean-up.
I went to this dance party at PC lahore and the house was full… i was out in like 10 minutes, as it was too loud too crowdy and too wierd for my taste. All the guys thinking they had the right to touch any girl any place was a huge turn of for me.
I was young and now i see it as one of the mistakes of my life. To me its just a pointless activity. nothing to gain but alot to lose.
