confrontation?

i dont like it. men are generally cool, but some men also like confrontation. aik baat k peechay per jana. and such men reminds me of those aunties who will fight over 5 rupees for five hours : bummer:

why people think that their confrontation can actually change someone. nothing changes, everything stays the same.

I like to confront people I disagree with but don't get me wrong. I turn it into a debate not a war. Besides, I have this psychology that I never lose which in general is true. I have been told I could argue sucessfull about something that is factually or in totality wrong.

BUT, I'm mostly laid back and I try to avoid it.

i thought you a male. and if you are a male, did you ever confront any woman, cuz from experience they all connect the dots somehow to their life story and get really really personal.

Its not a woman thing, some people are comfortable confronting others and some aren't. simple as that.

Nope, I don't really confront women. Women usually talk about stupid things.

I begrudgingly have to face confrontation sometimes at work … and working with all women can certainly test your inter/intra personal skills:hehe:…one of the drawbacks of most jobs I would say …however personal confrontation if I’m faced with it , I try and deal with like an adult … open to reason and an active listener…reflecting upon the issue and definitely not being reactionary , … yes its tough but all part of life:k:

now that is a FACT....you see that happening here all the time.... someone disagrees......they go all personal or stuff......'some' guys do that too......but i would have to say the percentage in women is higher....

i hate confrontational people, if it's just somebody trying to fight for some stupid reason, i just walk away and hope there's a door i can lock to keep them out

Women are better than confrontation. They go behind your back and take revenge in indirect ways (Not always).

Men have traditionally and theoretically been the ones who fight and confront.

I am not a fan of confrontation but if enough has happened that I have to say something, I take stock of the fact that I stayed quite when I could have spoken up earlier. I take the issue to them without trying to insult them.

I confront people while having discussions on different topics but never to start a fight.
