im completely agree with you! im sure you must be thinking that i have become rich with your 175 or kept the whole amount in my pocket! but marla i have spent more on your dress than you think, i have no hard feelings with u! you did accept in ur emails that it was fedex fault not mine,you have asked me to repair the shirt i did that u have asked me to send it again i did that,u have asked me that i wont pay u untill u recieve the parcel i accept that, and now you are just trying to ruin my business image! after your complaints with stitching and cuts ,i have fired my tailor and appointed new one and mashallah after that i didnt get a single complaint! marla here in front of everyone i apologise for everything happened to u! i didnt mean to hurt u and marla nobody wants to make their customer's unhappy! i always try to satisfy them,y would i like to provide u bad quality material?
and now let me know ur western union u have never asked me for refund becoz u told me that fedex is going to refund u soon, as we both have written a claim against fedex. as u have done wht u think is right before getting any final results from fedex you have posted completely negative feebback here so i would like to refund your 50% amount of 175$

regarding fatsey i didnt ask any of my customer to come and help me becoz i have complete FAITH in god and i knw mistakes can be done but that doesnt mean it happen again and again!

and nazz as u said before my family and frens were commenting on my wall,so huni let me tell u those are my customers not frens! after marla experience m focusing alot on quality and mashallah they are all my satisfied customers and if u still dont believe kindly see the older posts on my wall,take care nazz hope u have a gr8 life ahead full of success m really upset since few days! and i now i dont wanna make this issue more longerrrrrr

With regards to the Fed ex issue only the Seller can file a complaint to receive a refund and I mentioned this to you when the problem originated- so there should be no confusion about my receiving a refund from fed ex. I did file a complaint with them but I would only be able to retrieve the clothing item if it was accidentally sent to someone else and they returned it. When I followed up on it I was told that your complaint had been denied because the label that you prepared or was prepared in front of you was the same label affixed to the package I received and the package came to me unopened so there was no mixup.
On another note you mentioned that when you fixed my outfit you had to change the entire fabric and redo some of the kaam and then have it restitched to a style that I would find acceptable. You also mentioned that you took pics of this new "fixed" outfit and that you would email them to me. If you did email them to me; unfortunately I did not receive them.
If you post the pics of the new "fixed" outfit, I will accept that it was a problem with Fed ex and we can both bear the loss and you don't have to refund me 50% of my loss (my loss is $170- ( 50% downpayment for the $270 dress plus $35 to ship it to you)).
To me the circumstantial evidence seemed fishy; but I don't want to ruin your business if in fact it was a mistake.
