And if there was such a major issue, we always rectify it, or send replacements. As far as ‘printed material’ is concerned, we have very clear descriptions in our catalogue, so that clients know exactly what they are ordering. Not jumping to conclusions but I think this calls for Biariz to respond. HQ Designs has made a reasonable comment.

Although a start-up myself, I personally don’t feel that customers are always right and online businesses should be given a fair trial.
