As you can see, even her profile picture contains one of my pieces as well. After I had asked her to take the albums off, she claimed that there was no such law that required her to do so. After a couple of more requests I reported her to the Facebook Team and they had the albums taken off. What I can’t understand is if the original designer has asked you to take off the pictures, why do you argue incessantly claiming that its not their right to have any say in the matter.

I haven’t seen the quality of their work so I can’t say much in that regards, but anyone with such poor professionalism isn’t someone I would trust with my own money. As for Banawat n more, as a designer I also understand the other side of the story because I have had clients who I’ve sent items to as regards their order, but faced a lot of criticism because they believed that the dresses weren’t of the same quality (my fault, because i priced my dresses too low to give good enough quality), but instead of making comments and spending my time badmouthing them, I actually heeded to their advice and upped my quality of work, and with it, the prices and time durations as well, so that atleast when they get their dresses, they don’t have anything to complain about. In business, the client is always right, so don’t argue but listen. They might come back to you again and bring many clients to you if you give them enough respect.

oh are those your designs?? very nice i must say. but i bought a few from them which included the profile pic of dress in pink which i think was really beautiful. their work was good specially finishing but all credit goes to you for such designs.
