Nope, none at all. Live in the west and my family from both sides are bilingual - english and punjabi speakers so never needed to learn the language. **Sad scenarios is that most other Pakistanis living here have parents/family who, despite living here many years, still don’t know how to speak english **so its might be a requirement of many potential spouses that future wife speaks punjabi or urdu

No offence OP but your scenario is just as sad.
