like can a proper educated Arab person understand the Quranic arabic??

or is it like difficult for them too?? Like shakespeare english is for people nowadays??

They can understand Quranic Arabic as much as modern day English street punks understand Shakespeare or we Urdu speaking people understand Ghalib.
