I am sure there are still some innocent gals. Its not really something you know from reading books or even watching movies where the ends the scene before anything happens. at least i didnt learn it from the book when i was studying it. I was biology student for four years 
. In those 4 yrs i knew nothing. I only came to know about it when i was in Uni, doing my bachelors with Arts subjects. A junior gal from FSc came to me and asked to help her with some Biology chapters. I happily agreed. When we reached to the Reproduction chapter, i thot now i have to sit at home n prepare myself in Advance as i hated that chapter when i was in FSc. All i did was Ratta of few topics from the chapter, only n only to pass the exam coz a question or part would must come from that part. Kher jee… I opened the book at home n started reading it and at one point i was litterly like this >>>>>> 
I read that sentence again n again to make sure what i was reading n understanding was what it was really. The first questioned popped up in my mind was “So thats how I came into world?” :eek" "So my parents too … " 
“How am i gonna explain this procedure to that gal?” I presumed that like me she wont know about it n it would be something new for her

Woman's innocence must be guarded by her. It's her most beautiful ornament. Even if she is married, even if she has babies, even if she is postmenopausal, even if she is old and wrinkly, no matter what life throws her way .. she must keep a child-like soul, which is free of any malice and corruption. Hmmm .. Bright and Pure !
It's very difficult to achieve, but I guess not impossible.

At least you learned from a book. I had to find out from the guy bootlegging porn at school. That was just messed up. These days little kids find out much earlier, they hear the word sex on tv and all they have to do is google.

Hahah …yaar i think there r families in alot of countries that dont discuss alot of stuff and even wont let the girls get info on these stuff. I bet there r even girls 18 yrs that wont know abt these stuff.We dont expose girls to these stuff.
I personally think that Girls should be taught about these things as soon as they hit puberty.Its better to know than not know anything.

So 18 year olds don't even know why they have periods? I think this may have been true in the last decade but not anymore, we have the internet now. And yes it is better to be properly educated instead of hearing a messed up version from someone else. I don't understand what it is with desi parents and sex education, why are they so afraid of it?
