I agree - there needs to be censorship. We censor nudity in the images forum, so why can't we censor it when people make excuses for terrorism?
I wouldn't want my kid going online to GS to look at nude girls in images, and neither would I want them to be in this forum listening to a thaka hua lecture by some khan or other about how we all need to pray for people like Ghazi and curse people like Musharraf and strap on bombs and kill ourselves for some problem out there that most likely muslims created in the first place.

For some muslims, insult of Prophet Mohammed is a bigger crime. Islam does not need your approval on what is more important. You can keep your civilized behaviour in your pocket and be happy about that

Second you read me totally wrong. Death to the blasphemer of the Prophet is not mentioned in Holy Quran, was there anybody (mullah or normal man) protesting against this unislamic death verdicts.
I have everything to do with the Prophet Mohd. equally I have the respect for all the other prophets.
It has been law of the land since the time of Prophet:saw: after migration to Madina. There is even an authentic tradition reported in the Book of Imam Bukhari when two sahabas did carry out this law against a jew of madina.
More importantly, it is part of the constitutional law of Pakistan. If you are there, be a law abiding citizen/visitor.

Even if its not mentioned in the Quran (I dont know) then its surely mentioned in the Ahadees and there is Ijam of Ummat on this. This is proof enough. There is no need of new fatwas, its already decided.

Tradition is at the end, only a tradition. Respecting the Prophet is paramount regardless if it is the law of the land or not. But as far as I am concerned I cannot think that death sentence is justified as it is not mentioned in Quran.
Khan bhai the thing which I do not understand is; that the prophet is our messenger and he is our messenger because of holy quran which is “the message of Allah”, think about this no message means no messanger. In Pakistan blasphemy against prophet carries death penality and blasphemy against message itself carries jail term. At what point and by whom it was decided that the messenger is more important than the message.

I do not think there is anybody who has supported killing of innocent people in suicide bombings on this board, its the way to control the bombers is where people differ and to the cause of this ideology.
Its hypocritical of leeches and parasites i.e, MQM supporters who openly supported May12 killers but cry from their behinds over everything else.
